Helping Athletes Build Brands That Open Doors
Talent gets you noticed. Branding creates opportunity.
We help young athletes and their families build that presence the right way.
Built by someone who’s been on both sides of the game.
RBM is led by Sire Woods, a former Division I tight end at the University of Pennsylvania, CIF and Pac-12 champion, and current board member of the Long Beach Patriots youth football organization.
This isn’t theory. We’ve lived the recruiting process, the academic-athletic balance, and the pressure of building a name while still in pads. Now we apply enterprise-level marketing discipline to help the next generation of athletes do it right.
What gets in the way and what we help fix.
- Unclear or undeveloped personal brand
- Inconsistent, unprofessional content that doesn't represent the athlete's caliber
- Not prepared to capitalize on NIL opportunities
- Parents unsure about compliance, structure, and who to trust

What parents should know before working with anyone in the NIL space.
If you’re a parent reading this, here’s what we want you to hear first:
This space has too many people promising too much. We don’t.
We understand what student-athletes and their families are juggling. From recruiting timelines, academic pressure, NIL compliance, family logistics we’ve lived it and we work with these families every week.
Every engagement with a youth or college athlete is built around three principles:
Education first
we explain what we're doing and why, so the family is always informed and in control.
Compliance-aware
NIL rules vary by state, school, and conference. We never recommend anything that puts eligibility at risk.
Long-term thinking
every decision is made with the athlete's future in mind, not short-term attention or vanity metrics.

Common questions from athletes and their families.
Compliance is foundational, not optional. NIL rules vary by state, conference, and school, and they change frequently. Every recommendation we make is checked against current rules for the athlete's specific situation. We will never advise anything that risks eligibility — and if there's any doubt, we work alongside the school's compliance office or refer the family to a specialist.
There's no single right answer, but the earlier the foundation is built, the stronger the platform. Middle school and early high school is a great time to start with the basics: a clean, professional digital presence, consistent content, and a clear identity. NIL-specific monetization conversations make sense closer to college. We tailor the approach by age and stage.
Yes — especially for athletes under 18. We treat the family as the decision-making unit. Parents are looped into every conversation, every contract, and every content decision. Our goal is to help the family build something that protects the athlete now and pays off later.
Investment depends on scope. Whether the athlete needs full brand development, ongoing social management, or both. We'll walk you through pricing on the free consultation so you know exactly what to expect before committing to anything.
No, and we're skeptical of anyone who does. Our work is to build a brand that attracts the right opportunities. We can't promise specific deals, but we can promise a platform that's professional, compliant, and built to last.
Let’s build a brand that works as hard as the athlete does.
