Meet the Founder

Royalty Brand Marketing is led by Sire Woods, a career marketer and operator with deep experience across enterprise, high-growth, and community-driven environments.

Sire graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, concentrating in Marketing. His background in economics and consumer behavior shapes every strategic decision at RBM ensuring creativity is always backed by business logic.

Sire was also a Division I tight end at the University of Pennsylvania and university of Utah. He is both a Pac-12 and CIF champion showing his success in both his high school and college careers. The discipline, accountability, and performance-under-pressure mindset built through athletics shapes how he leads engagements today.

As Product Marketing Manager on the TSYS Platform Migration, Sire led the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for migrating 12,000+ enterprise clients to a proprietary B2B SaaS platform coordinating across 20+ stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance. 

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

As Product Marketing Manager on the Healthcare & Life Sciences team, Sire drives go-to-market strategy and cross-channel product messaging for AWS’s healthcare and life sciences AI portfolio translating complex technical capabilities into clear, customer-centric value propositions for providers, payers, and biotech organizations. 

This enterprise experience translates directly into RBM’s work: structured execution, disciplined strategy, and a deep understanding of how marketing drives business outcomes not just engagement metrics.
